Course Overview

This live 3 hour online workshop is for people who are comfortable with MS Excel and want to learn more about Excel visualizations

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Understand the structure of Excel Charts
• Fine-tune charts with design tab choices
• Insert pictures, shapes, and text boxes
• Apply WordArt styles to add flare
• Adjust chart text content and format
• Change the rotation of chart text
• Change a chart’s data source

Target Audience

Students should be able to open Excel and can enter data and easily navigate within a workbook

Required

• A laptop or desktop with a mouse or mousepad (feedback from students is that a smartphone or tablet-type device is not a good fit for this course)

• A microphone (video is not required)

Course Fee: $150 (plus GST/HST for Canadian organizations or individuals)
