New to PowerPoint? Learn the basics—slide creation, formatting, inserting images, transitions, and presentation delivery—all in just 90 minutes.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Create, delete, duplicate, and reorder slides to structure a presentation effectively.

• Insert and format text to enhance clarity and visual appeal.

• Add and manipulate shapes to support visual communication.

• Insert, resize, and adjust image properties for better layout and impact.

• Organize and refine the presentation using Slide Sorter view for optimal flow and timing.

Target Audience

New to PowerPoint

Required

• A laptop or desktop with a mouse or mousepad (feedback from students is that a smartphone or tablet-type device is not a good fit for this course)

• A microphone (video is not required)
