Course Overview

This 2-hour online workshop demonstrates how to create a Google Form, adjust its settings, view collected data and set it to send survey results to Google Sheets for analysis. The course further goes onto perform some basic analysis in Google Sheets that includes applying sorting and pivot tables/charts. 

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• create a Google Form for collecting data
• customize the look and settings of the form
• view form results individually and aggregated
• sent survey submission data to Google Sheets
• manipulate data in Google Sheets (sort, apply a pivot table and pivot chart)

Required

• All Google Application training requires access to a free Google account (gmail), or an education or corporate Google account with activated email.

• A laptop or desktop with a mouse or mousepad (feedback from students is that a smartphone or tablet-type device is not a good fit for this course)

• A microphone (video is not required)

• Students should be able to open Google Sheets and can enter data and easily navigate within a workbook

Course Fee: $100 (plus GST/HST for Canadian organizations or individuals)
