By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Explain the Microsoft Word environment (tabs, ribbons, the quick access menu)
• Write and format text and add headings
• Use headers, footers and page numbering
• Add and manipulate images in your document

People new to Microsoft Word

Required

• A laptop or desktop with a mouse or mousepad (feedback from students is that a smartphone or tablet-type device is not a good fit for this course)

• A microphone (video is not required)
