What types of training do you offer?
We offer live, instructor-led virtual and in-person training, custom eLearning development, curriculum design, and instructional design consulting. Training is available for Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WordPress, cybersecurity, and more.

Our sessions are ideal for employees, teams, educators, non-profits, and public sector organizations as well as individuals looking to increase their skills. We tailor the learning experience to your skill level—from beginner to advanced.
Do you offer private or custom group training?
Yes! We specialize in delivering private sessions for teams, including custom content development and flexible scheduling. Contact us to discuss your needs.
How do I register for a course?
For our live virtual courses, visit our Course Offerings page to view available sessions and complete the booking form. We’ll follow up with confirmation and payment instructions.
How can I pay?
We accept PayPal (using either a PayPal account or credit card) and Interac e-Transfers. Full payment is due upon booking. We do not accept cash or cheques.
What is your cancellation policy?
You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with 24–48 hours’ notice receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Can your custom eLearning courses be integrated into our LMS?
Yes. We offer SCORM-compliant eLearning modules that can be integrated with most Learning Management Systems. We’re happy to work with your L&D or IT team to ensure compatibility.
Can you create custom job aids or documentation?
Absolutely. We create quick reference guides, user manuals, walkthroughs, and microlearning resources tailored to your tools and workflows.
